Every listing on RoomB.io is hand-reviewed for quality, and all hosts are personally vetted. Hosting is by invitation only - every host must go through our approval process before listing a property.

We're not a real estate broker, and we don't handle guest payments or charge commissions. We simply make it easy to find the right property and connect you directly with the host.

Instead of taking a cut from guests, we charge hosts a simple flat monthly subscription to list and manage their properties.

In real terms, that means listings aren't burdened with the 17%+ in layered service fees and commissions that other platforms quietly take.

And because we don't charge hosts anything extra, they can afford to offer lower prices to guests - making everyone happier.

We're based in Dubai and building RoomB.io to serve travelers and hosts better, with transparency and simplicity at the core.

To ensure travelers have a consistently high-quality experience, we personally vet every host. This includes a brief interview and a review of their listings. Some of the things we look for:
